Participants come first in our service provision. We spend some time
getting to know each participant personally and then cooperate with
them and their families to offer personalized support.
The diversity of participants is important for us. It means that the
service providers need to recognize the different backgrounds, cultures,
languages, and values of people who seek assistance.
We encourage the development of personal skills, self-confidence,
independent living skills, and other abilities that help the participants
to meet their personal objectives. Our approach involves identifying
the strengths of the participants and supporting their development.
The right of the participants to make informed choices and have control
over their services is something that we strive to ensure.
We collaborate with our participants to enable them to exercise their
choices, preferences, and aspirations.
